The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment centre for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centre to the destination. The delivery usually takes about 5-8 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customers are allowed to raise a cancellation request if they wish to cancel the order only within the first 24hrs after placing the order.

RETURN and REPLACEMENT POLICY
At Limitless Hub, we take great care in packaging and delivering your glassware safely. However, if you face any issue, please review our policy below:
📦 Damaged or Defective Products
Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and photos as proof.
Claims without proper unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
🔄 Return Eligibility
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Items showing signs of use, scratches, chips, cracks, or improper handling will not be eligible.
Due to the fragile nature of glassware, returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage, defect, or wrong item received.
💳 Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded to your bank account within 7 business days.
🚚 Return Pickup Charges
A minimal pickup and handling fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
⚠️ Important Notes
Minor variations in appearance, bubbles, or finishing are natural characteristics of glass products and not considered defects.
Limitless Hub is not responsible for damages reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Products purchased during special sales, clearance, or discounted offers may be non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
